Very nice and was able to loan me a rental car as I didn't have another one to use while my car got recalls worked on , but Alfa said 2 recalls would take just about 3 hrs max and they had my car for 2 whole weeks (So thank goodness I had Alfa Tenale to use while waiting). Was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time. Communication was great and work performed as needed. Nice facility and helpful knowledgeable staff.

Very easy to schedule the recall visit and the staff were professional and kept me informed the entire time.

Lucas was quite literally the best experience I’ve ever had in customer service, period. This was my first time ever in a car dealership ready to buy, and he makes the process so seamless and easy to understand. I appreciated how direct and to the point he was . My dad and I were well taken care of and walked out with an amazing deal for a used Hyundai Sonata. I HIGHLY! recommend coming here with any trade or used car needs. 100/10!

Ask for Chris at the Portland Genesis Alpha Romero dealership on Canyon Road. I learned that it is a dream to shop for a used car of any variety at a fancy car dealership…. Trained gentlemen salesmen and the bar is raised for the showroom… inviting. No pushy salesmen. I love my new used car. Chris helped me get through the paperwork with patience and kindness.

Sales people are very low key and intent on matching your car preferences both in style and pricing.

I understand Alfa dealers are relatively 'new' back to the states but it's been several years now, no excuse to only have one qualified technician on the payroll to work all the servicing needs of the dealership. Troubling anecdotes with Service Advisor and managers regarding difficulty finding and retaining past or future service staff at dealer. 2 months waiting to get my car back for a simple oil change and 'check' of some other items, including minor hood latch rig. This is a smaller dealership which leads to an environment that feels much more personal and everybody there is super helpful and friendly. Very positive experiences and highly recommend.

Lucas was transparent from the beginning and made sure he listened to what I wanted. He took the time to ensure every step of the process was thorough and explained with ease. Great service from Mark - the work on my car was very thorough and issues I was unaware of were identified and fixed. My impression is that these guys are working in a very constrained and logistically challenging environment - mr tonkin - you need to give Mark a pay raise - he's a reason to go back with more business!!

Steve Lyle leads a service team that is top-notch: returns calls promptly, successfully addresses issues that I mention and discusses others that may appear after inspections, provides loaners or transportation if the work requires more time than I allow for waiting and readily orders accessories I request for the car (e.g., battery charger). A big plus is that the guys are polite, friendly but still professional. As an Alfa owner I greatly appreciate the service department having an Alfa technician on staff. Service department is always on it whatever you need. And dealership is so easy to work with

This dealership is horrible with after-the-sale customer service. I will never buy from them nor will I recommend them to anyone. Their used car presale inspection is either incompetent and worthless or they knowingly sold me a car that immediately needed service. They had no problem taking my money but, they do have a problem with either their car inspection procedures, full disclosure policy, and/or integrity. Or perhaps it's all the above.
